Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Act as a helping hand for all departments when needed. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask.Able to work independently without micromanagement. Positive attitude, upbeat personality and mindset. Comfortable potentially moving into a sales role down the line. Must obtain licensing prior to official start date (licensing costs are covered by agency and candidates will receive a bonus once licenses are obtained).Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-1pm (flexible on exact hours) Ideally this role would eventually turn into full-time Compensation: $20.00 per hour My team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
