Papa John’s is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced General Manager. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality products, exceptional customer service, and leading a successful team, this role is for you. You’ll be the driving force behind the restaurant’s operational success, financialperformance, and overall customer experience. Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 per year Responsibilities: Lead operational strategies to meet and exceed company goals for quality, customer service, and profitability. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate orderingprocesses to prevent overstocking or shortages, while reducing waste. Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing profit and loss. Ensure the restaurant is compliant with all company policies, industry regulations, and food safety standards to guarantee a safe, clean environment for both staff and customers. Mentor and develop your team by providing guidance, feedback, and training to ensure consistent delivery of Papa John’s standards. Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage both staff and customer relationships effectively.Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the store, the bank, and required meetings. Solid experience in budget management and financial analysis to drive profitability. Proven leadership skills with a strong ability to build, motivate, and lead teams. 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
