Website: Job Title: AI/ML Engineer III (GenAI Agentic Consultant) Job Location: Onsite– Washington, DC. Role Summary: This senior role provides architectural leadership for enterprise-grade GenAI and agentic systems. The consultant bridges business objectives, AI capabilities, and enterprise platforms to ensure responsible, secure, and scalable AI adoption. Scope of Work&Key Responsibilities: Architect and implement single-agent and multi-agent GenAI solutions. Serve as the architectural authority ensuring compliance with enterprise standards. Define agent orchestration patterns including planning, memory, tool use, and collaboration. Develop AI reference architectures (RAG, tool-augmented agents, event-driven workflows). Lead architectural decisions in Agile and SAFe environments. Evaluate and select enterprise-ready AI platforms, LLMs, and orchestration tools. Design secure integrations with APIs, data platforms, and identity systems. Ensure AI governance, privacy, auditability, and human-in-the-loop controls. Provide hands-on leadership through POCs, reviews, and production troubleshooting. Drive DevSecOps, MLOps, and LLMOps adoption. Required Skills&Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 10 years in solution or enterprise architecture. Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML or GenAI systems. Deep expertise in agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, and vector databases. Strong cloud experience (Azure preferred) including hybrid architectures. Solid software engineering foundation. Demonstrated knowledge of Responsible AI, governance, and compliance. Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
