About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Client Delivery to lead and optimize end-to-end operations for healthcare claim dispute resolution. The successful candidate will be responsible for building scalable workflows, systems, and operational playbooks, driving efficiency improvements, and managing high-volume, detail-oriented case workflows with precision. This role requires the establishment of operational KPIs, the identification and implementation of technology solutions, and the leadership and development of an operations team. The VP of Client Delivery will also be expected to partner with customer success and sales teams to ensure seamless delivery and to have a strong background in a consultative approach that helps healthcare clients optimize financial and operational results.

Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in healthcare services, RCM, or healthcare tech, with a proven track record in leading operations or delivery teams. Experience with healthcare claims, billing, or dispute workflows is essential, as is a demonstrated success in improving operational efficiency and scalability. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with a preference for candidates who have experience in federally regulated healthcare workflows, a background in RCM services companies, and exposure to automation, AI, or workflow optimization tools. The ideal candidate will also have a consulting background with a strong process orientation and experience in early-stage or scaling organizations.
