Position Overview

The Construction Survey Technician (CST) is responsible for executing precise field layout using advanced survey technology to translate coordinated models into accurate, constructible installation points. This role plays a critical part in ensuring project accuracy, safety, and efficiency on active construction sites.

Key Responsibilities Perform field layout using survey equipment and technology Verify and document layout points to ensure accuracy Identify and communicate site conflicts or discrepancies to the CST Lead Maintain survey equipment and adhere to all safety protocols Track progress, updates, and project blockers in Monday.comQualifications&Skills

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Basic knowledge of construction processes and job site operations Strong attention to detail and accuracy Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentProfessional and dependable work ethic Work Environment

Primarily field-based role Regular exposure to active construction sites and varying weather conditions Requirements

Valid driver's license (required) Prior construction field experience (preferred) Willingness to learn and use survey technology systems (preferred) Benefits
