Coordinate a variety of general maintenance related operations performed by work leaders, and journeyman level workers in accordance with regulatory and organizational guidelines. Direct employees within a variety of general maintenance and repair tasks in accordance with mission requirements. Assure that equal employment opportunities are practiced in accordance with regulatory and organizational policy.Establish the standard operating procedures for the branch in accordance with organizational guidance. Make visual and operational inspections of work accomplished to ensure facilities are maintained in an acceptable state of repair.
