Our culture is rooted in engineering excellence, customer service, and continuous improvement.What You'll Do As an Assembly Associate II, you'll work in our Plates area performing a variety of hands-on tasks that keep production running smoothly. Your day may include: Handling materials using overhead cranes, hoists, forklifts, pallet jacks, and electric pallet jacks Operating hydraulic presses, industrial ovens, and leak-testing equipmentApplying rubber gaskets to new and customer plates Performing visual quality inspections Preparing plate packs and gaskets for shipment Keeping your work area clean and organized Accurately counting and recording parts Following written instructions and completing tasks efficiently Participating in safety and production improvement effortsOther duties as assigned If you enjoy variety and staying active throughout your shift, you'll feel right at home. What You Bring We're looking for someone who is dependable, safety-minded, and committed to doing quality work.
