When you join AGC, you join a team that values: Integrity Care for people and the environment Innovation and curiosity Excellence and continuous improvement Teamwork and accountability What You'll Do As an Assembly Associate I, you'll support the production of sanitary plate heat exchangers by performing a variety of hands-on tasks, including:Handling materials using overhead cranes, hoists, forklifts, pallet jacks, and electric pallet jacks Operating industrial ovens and leak-testing equipment Applying rubber gaskets to new and customer plates Performing visual quality inspections Preparing plate packs and gaskets for shipment Accurately counting and recording partsKeeping work areas clean and organized Participating in safety and process-improvement activities Completing tasks efficiently and following written instructions Supporting other duties as assigned This is a great role for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and learning new skills. What You BringHigh School Diploma or GED Previous manufacturing experience (preferred but not required) Ability to read, write, and speak English Basic math and reading comprehension Ability to follow directions and stay focused Willingness to work on a wide range of tasks Commitment to safety and 5S principlesAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Physical Requirements Stand or walk for 810 hours Bend, kneel, reach, twist, and handle tools regularly Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs independently; 5075 lbs with assistance Work in environments with moderate noise, vibration, and seasonal temperature changesWear required PPE (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, etc.) Visually inspect parts and hear equipment alarms or instructions Compensation $20.00$22.25 per hour 10% shift differential upon moving to Swing Shift Benefits Health Insurance + HSA (if eligible) Dental&Vision Insurance Life&Disability Insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid Vacation&Sick Time Paid Holidays Employee Assistance Program Wellness Program Ready to Join a Team That Values You?
