Overview
A Table Games Dual Rate Dealer is responsible for providing an entertaining experience for guests while dealing casino games according to the rules of the game being played.

 

Responsibilities:
Deals a variety of casino games as assigned

Keeps visual contact of all guests and game layout and reports suspicious activity to the supervisor

Exchanges currency for gaming chips and or bets according to house rules in an accurate manner

Notify Casino Games Supervisor of any irregularities, or disputes that may arise during game

Maintain a thorough understanding of and execute the rules and procedures for each game dealt

Greet and interact with guests in a professional, welcoming, and attentive manner.

Responsible for assigned in accordance with gaming regulations and policies and Golden Nugget policies and procedures

Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees

Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service

Performs any other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
1 year table games experience preferred

Mathematical skills, including ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide

Exemplary guest service and interpersonal skills

Excellent communication skills and a commitment to exceptional guest service.

Thorough knowledge of at least three games

Must be able to obtain/renew all required licenses

The minimum age requirement is 21
