Lead Retail Sales Representative, Mississippi

Overview:
The Lead Retail Sales Representative’s main function is to oversee and maintain the operations of the retails stores on property.
 

Responsibilities:
Assists Retail Manager in all functions of Retail Operations within the hotel, as directed

Assists Retail Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of all retail shops and vending

Hiring, training, and scheduling of retail and vending staff

Responsible for daily ordering for gift shops and vending

Directly supervises all Retail Sales Representatives and Retail Stock Persons

Assists in monthly inventory

Qualifications:
At least one year or more of security experience in a high-volume hotel or casino

Must be at least 21 years of age
