Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to the team Oversee customer interactions, ensuring high-quality support Ensure compliance with State Farm policies and proceduresCollaborate with the agent on business strategies and goals Drive business growth by generating leads, coordinating appointments, and effectively marketing tailored products and services to meet diverse customer needs. Qualifications: Experience with sales and/or management. Leadership and organizational skills.Proactive problem-solving abilities, ensuring swift resolutions for customer inquiries. Proficiency in learning and navigating computer functions efficiently. Property/Casualty and Life/Health insurance licenses (must be able to obtain).
