This is an in-office position, located on site in Ocean Springs, MS. We offer flexible work arrangements (8/40, 9/80), exposure to a wide variety of projects and customers, and a friendly team environment. We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive, agile professional to support our dynamic team. The selected candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:Communicating with internal and external customers and executives, professionally representing the corporation and organization. Providing active calendar management: scheduling meetings, categorizing/color codes for ease of consumption, deconflicting incoming requests based on priorities, keeping team apprised of short notice changes, maintaining discretion regarding executive calendars and content.Meeting support: preparing rooms ahead of meetings, logging in to the computer, joining teleconference, opening files; managing catering, coffee/water service, as required. Managing workspaces: ensuring conference room equipment, kitchens, hallways, printers remain in reasonable working order, submitting tickets and following-up with Facilities/IT, when necessary.Maintaining a high level of teamwork: promoting collaboration, fostering communication within the team, providing support&coverage for other AA's, as needed. Developing/organizing/maintaining presentation deliverables for internal and external briefs. Making domestic and international travel arrangements, preparing expense reports. Ordering necessary supplies and maintaining inventory with budget approval. Working respectfully and inclusively of a diverse work community.Coordinating visitor requests, hoteling assistance. Supporting business and facility operations, as required. Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or GED and 2 years of experience working in a customer service or administrative support role High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, having the ability to create and manipulate professional deliverablesExperience using digital collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.); ability to troubleshoot and solve minor issues in real time Clear verbal and written communication style (correct spelling, grammar, etc.) Ability to multi-task with competing priorities in a positive manner Ability to lift ~25 lbs. dailyPreferred Qualifications: Experience coordinating high-visibility meetings, and other events/activities Familiarity with Northrop Grumman-specific systems (Concur, CaterTrax, DSEA, iTRIP, Facilities Maintenance Requests, SmartBuy, etc.) Knowledge of NGC resources, policies, and procedures Ability to obtain Security ClearanceBachelors/Associates Degree, in Communication, Business, Industrial Engineering, or similar. Primary Level Salary Range: $40,700.00 - $67,900.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
