We are currently hiring for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant on behalf of one of our valued clients.

Schedule & Pay
Part-Time: **** hours per week
Pay: $13+/hour
Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Provide administrative support to office staff and assist with daily office operations
Assist with creating fundraising campaigns within the organizations software system
Prepare and distribute monthly statements via email
Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for tracking, reporting, and mailings
Perform data entry, document preparation, and organization of information
Assist with fundraising and administrative projects as assigned
Work closely with team members to provide support across departments
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Complete additional clerical and administrative duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
Comfortable learning and using new software systems
Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
Previous administrative or office experience preferred
