Job Summary
As a Client Service Representative, you will serve as a key point of contact for our supporters, helping to ensure that every interaction reflects our values and commitment to service excellence. You’ll collaborate closely with the Marketing & Communications team and other internal departments to maintain a smooth and engaging experience for our donor and community network.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries related to supporter engagement

Provide timely, personalized, and professional customer service via phone, email, and other channels

Work with the Communications team to draft and send supporter updates, messages, and acknowledgments

Assist in planning and coordinating community events, campaigns, and outreach initiatives

Maintain and update supporter data and records with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality

Generate reports and support the tracking of communication and engagement efforts

Stay current on industry best practices in client service and community engagement

Offer input and ideas to enhance outreach and improve the overall supporter experience

Qualifications

Strong interest in community engagement, public service, or client relationship management

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Friendly and professional communication style with a customer-first mindset

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative attitude

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience with CRM or data management systems is a plus
