Qualifications And Required Skills
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine
Active Virginia Medical License and DEA registration
Preferred experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting
Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
Commitment to continuous improvement and clinical excellence
