Your focus: Deliver outstanding customer experiences and manage the shop's operations smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Guide the service team to maximize sales and ensure top-notch customer visits. Spend most of your time at the front counter, hands-on with sales. Streamline production workflows for better efficiency. Develop your team with training and career growth chances. Boost sales and profits by reviewing reports, spotting opportunities, and taking action.Keep communication open-share goals, sales info, and updates with everyone. Qualifications:

2+ years in automotive. 5+ years in sales. Management experience in retail or similar. Strong customer service background. Excellent sales ability. Solid integrity, both professional and personal. Knowledge Areas:

General car operations and maintenance. Oil changes, brakes, tires, exhaust, electrical services. Fluid flushes, tune-ups, state inspections, suspensions. Shocks, struts, steering, transmissions. Ready to lead?
