Maintenance Technician

to join our team. The ideal candidate is hands-on, solution-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining a well-kept property and delivering excellent service to our residents. Key Responsibilities: Perform maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances. Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and service calls.Maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the community and grounds. Prepare vacant units for new residents, ensuring they are clean, safe, and move-in ready. Participate in the on-call rotation as required. Qualifications: Prior maintenance experience, preferably in a multifamily residential setting.Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across multiple trades. Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently. Commitment to providing excellent service to residents and team members. Compensation&Benefits: Competitive pay:
