We are seeking an Hourly Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations while ensuring a top-tier guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead the FOH team during shifts, ensuring smooth service and a outstanding guest experience. Promote RHG’s service standards, upholding hospitality, professionalism, and efficiency. Guide and develop team members, ensuring execution of properprocedures for seating, serving, and guest interactions. Be the go-to leader for problem-solving, guest concerns, and on-the-fly decision-making. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety regulations. Drive opening and/or closing duties, including side work and end-of-shift reports, setting the team up for success. Foster a collaborative, respectful work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Requirements What We’re Looking For: 1 years of leadership experience in a full-service restaurant setting or 3 years as a shift lead. Be a high-performing leader with an insatiable desire for growth, self-development, and continuous improvement. Strong presence on the floor—hands-on leadership with a positive attitude and high energy. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Ability to multi-task and remaincalm under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Passion for hospitality, service excellence, and creating memorable guest experiences. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
