We are seeking an experienced Utility Construction Foreman to lead field crews on a large underground utility and infrastructure project in Harlingen, TX. This role is responsible for supervising daily construction activities, ensuring safety compliance, coordinating equipment and materials, and delivering projects on schedule and within quality standards.Location: Harlingen, TX (project anticipated to be over one year in duration with travel opportunities available after project completion) Job Type: Full-Time Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, Paid Holidays, Travel Opportunities, Company Truck, Fuel Card, etc. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate utility construction crews and subcontractors Oversee installation of underground utilities including water, sewer, and storm systems Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and grade stakesConduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA/company safety standards Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and clients Monitor production, client, and equipment usage Train and mentor crew members Complete daily reports and project documentation Qualifications:

3+ years of utility construction foreman experience preferred Strong knowledge of underground utility installation practices Ability to read plans and understand grades/elevations Experience managing crews and heavy equipment operations Valid driver's license required OSHA certification preferredAbility to work outdoors in varying conditions Preferably willing to travel for future projects
