About Us:

Your Role:
As a Dining Server, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding dining experiences for our residents and their families. This position requires a customer service-oriented mindset, excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to actively listen to our guests’ needs.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous experience in food service or customer service roles is a plus

Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

Excellent active listening skills to understand and respond to patient needs

Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

Basic knowledge of food safety practices is preferred

A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service that enhances the dining experience

Strong teamwork skills that contribute to a positive work environment
