What you’ll do as a Warehouse Supervisor

You will supervise warehouse staff 

You will build sound working relationships with management, office and construction staff, vendors, and customers.   

You will receive, inspect, store and secure all supplies and materials when delivered.                                                                       

You will set-up a stock issue and control system that will account for and track all materials used in our construction process.

You will maintain all received inventory in an organized and efficient manner.

You will assign and account for all materials issued to work crews on a daily basis.

You will maintain a “shelf stock” of parts, tools and any other job required supplies.

You will conduct a complete physical inventory each month that will account for all materials stored, received and issued from the warehouse and yard.

You will maintain material usage logs/spreadsheets to comply with our customer’s usage and tracking systems.

You will assist in the management, maintenance and upkeep of fleet tools and equipment assigned to the project.

You will  work shifts as assigned, including daily overtime when necessary.

Other duties as assigned.

What you’ll need 

You are 18 years of age or older

You are authorized to work in the United States for this company

You are proficient with computer skills; database, word and excel.

You possess a valid driver’s license (class "C" )

You have experience operating a forklift

You must be able to travel

You are capable of working in all temperatures, climates, and weather conditions.

You are able to perform the essential functions required in this position for the entire assigned shift.
