Job Responsibilities

Hands-On Training – Learn alongside licensed plumbers to develop real-world skills in residential plumbing service and installation

Installation Assistance – Support in the setup and replacement of water heaters, fixtures, piping, and other plumbing systems

Tool & Material Handling – Organize and transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites

Job Site Support – Assist with demo, prep, clean-up, and general labor on plumbing installations and service calls

Compliance & Safety – Help ensure systems meet local plumbing codes and follow all OSHA and company safety procedures

Customer Service Support – Present yourself professionally and assist with communicating plumbing solutions when needed

Documentation Training – Learn to use digital tools like ServiceTitan to help track work orders and installations

Qualifications

Eagerness to Learn – No plumbing experience required, just a strong interest in the trade

Basic Mechanical Aptitude – Comfort with tools and willingness to grow plumbing knowledge

Physical Requirements – Capable of lifting 50 lbs and working in tight spaces, basements, and outdoors

Dependability – Strong work ethic, team-oriented mindset, and good communication skills

Driver’s License – Valid license with clean driving record preferred
