We are looking for a bilingual Medical Claims Processor to join our growing team. In this role, you won’t just be "pushing paper." You’ll be ensuring accuracy, advocating for proper reimbursement, and using your language skills to provide clarity in a field that—let’s be honest—can be a bit confusing for everyone involved.

salary: $20 - $23 per hour

Responsibilities

• Communication & Support: Manage high-volume inquiries from clients and providers; perform outbound outreach to insurance companies to resolve payment discrepancies and investigate grievances.

• Financial Processing: Execute health/dental premium and medical service payments; create and update financial batch records for accounting integration.

• Quality Assurance: Audit payment files and calculations for 100% accuracy; monitor workflows to ensure all contractual timeliness guarantees are met across all communication channels.

• Problem Solving: Identify and research issues for high-utilization clients; track and report emerging call trends to management to improve service delivery.

• Documentation: Maintain precise call logs and update client records to ensure transparency and teamwork across departments.
