Job Description:

• 
  
• Responsible for maintaining & controlling liquor cost and inventory management
  
• Communicate effectively and socially with Guests and staff
  
• Keeps bar area and storeroom clean and organized
  
• Greet Guests entering and leaving the bar area
  
• Serve Guests at bar and occasionally table
  
• Restocks bar with glassware and drink ingredients
  
• Responsible for cash drawer, cash register, till and end-of-day reports
  
• Complete various and appropriate side work tasks
  
• Strictly follow the company's Responsible Service of Alcohol Policy
  
• Work safely and comply with the Standards Of Service outlined in company handbook
