Overnight Guest Services Coordinator (Seasonal), Granby

divh2Seasonal Overnight Guest Services Coordinator/h2pAs our Seasonal Overnight Guest Services Coordinator, you will cover routine office/clerical responsibilities for one of our resorts.
You will also serve as the face of the resort as you interact with current and prospective guests who come to the office with questions and concerns.
This position requires Thursday - Sunday availability from 9PM-8AM.
/ph3Job Requirements:/h3ulliGreet and establish rapport with guests/liliField resort comments, suggestions, and complaints to the Resort Manager/liliCheck guests in and out for their reservations/liliPerform general administrative duties such as answering phones, typing, copying, faxing, and filing/liliComplete and maintain resort records, reports, and files/liliPrepare and distribute resort communications such as rule reminders, violation notices, newsletters, etc.
/liliEnsure office supplies are sufficiently stocked and prepare supply orders as needed/liliAssist with the preparation of marketing materials/li/ulh3Job Qualifications:/h3ulliIntermediate computer proficiency, including the ability to use Microsoft Office, email, and the internet/liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills/liliReadily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service/liliPrior administrative experience is preferred/liliResort office or hotel front desk experience is a plus/li/ulpThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

The number of hours you will be scheduled to work during the week is variable and is based on guest occupancy, season, staffing and other factors.
