eSalon is an LA-based beauty brand, creating custom home hair color and products from scratch for each one of our clients. We're a 10x winner of Allure's Best Hair Color, and we've custom crafted over 310,000 unique color variations so far. We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations at our El Segundo Manufacturing Facility.
This is a full-time, on-site role with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. In this position, you’ll play a key role in performing a variety of warehouse related tasks such as:
Assist with the organization and maintenance of raw materials in the warehouse.
Support sourcing by opening developer boxes and restocking necessary items to the stations.
Provide support for all other production tasks and cleaning / organization of the warehouse.
Make sure all hazardous materials, including containers from the warehouse, are properly labeled and dated.
Complete daily production checklist / closing procedures sheet, including closing the facility and making sure all the doors are locked and the alarm is set.
Support the daily/weekly preventative maintenance tasks of all production lines.
Verify proper function of air dryers, compressors, nitrogen regulators; inspect all lines, tanks, and filters for leaks or damage.
Check for unusual noises, wear, or misalignment on conveyors; confirm proper speed settings and regulator pressures; maintain clear, safe work areas by cleaning up spills and ensuring all systems are leak-free.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ years working in a manufacturing environment with hands-on experience.
Precise attention to detail.
Data entry and basic computer skills.
Ability to operate and troubleshoot equipment.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities, scheduling, and laying out assigned work activities.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, memos, checklists, forms, and equipment instruction manuals that are written in English.
Strong safety record.
Familiarity with cGMP’s, safety procedures, sanitization, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Must be able to stand and move around for long periods of time.
Must be fork lift certified or willing to be fork lift certified.
Must be available to work onsite, Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM
