Senior Tax Accountant, Manhattan Beach

A growing boutique CPA firm is seeking a Tax Senior to join their team.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with business owners, high-net-worth individuals, and closely held companies across a variety of industries while gaining direct exposure to firm leadership and clients.
Responsibilities
Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S corporations, and corporations
Manage multiple client engagements and ensure timely completion of deliverables
Conduct tax research and assist with tax planning strategies for clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and high-quality service
Mentor and review the work of junior staff members
Collaborate with partners and managers on client projects and advisory initiatives
Assist clients with tax notices, audits, and other compliance-related matters
Stay current on changing tax laws and industry developments
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
CPA or CPA eligibility preferred
4+ years of public accounting tax experience
Experience preparing and reviewing returns for partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, and individuals
Strong understanding of federal and state tax regulations
