Responsibilities:• Expanding the company's book of business by offering expert consultations on over 50 insurance products to new and existing clients. • Facilitate resolution strategies for client inquiries. • Expand business reach by engaging in your local community and building business relationships withother professionals such as CPAs, Lawyers, Realtors and Mortgage Brokers.• Comply with insurance standards and regulations through continuous education, training and implementation. • Develop and implement your own sales strategy while building and leading a high- performing team, backed by an award-winning Farmers District team!

Qualifications:• Entrepreneurial spirit, with strong drive and ambition. • Previous experience in insurance, along with Property Casualty License and/or Life Insurance License is a plus. • Minimum 1 year experience in a leadership role, customer relations or sales. • Maintain a client-centric business culture by building rapport and proactively communicating.• Strong negotiation, work ethic and time management skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to self-manage, prioritize business needs and multitask. • No criminal convictions, felonies or misdemeanors within the past 10 years. • Ability to show credit worthiness and qualify for business capital requirement.

Projected Income: Our agency owners, on average, achieve the following during their first 5 years of operation:• Year 1: $60,000-$90,000 • Year 2: $90,000-$120,000 • Year 3: $120,000-$150,000 • Year 4: $150,000-$180,000 • Year 5: $180,000-$250,000+
