HVAC Service Manager

to lead and inspire our team of skilled HVAC professionals in delivering outstanding residential service throughout the Greater Los Angeles area.

What You'll Do: Supervise and mentor HVAC technicians across service, sales, and installation Drive performance by analyzing KPIs and providing real-time coachingImprove and enforce workflow processes to boost team efficiency Conduct field ride-a-longs to support technician development and confidence Facilitate morning meetings to align the team on daily goals and updates Coordinate closely with Dispatch to ensure optimal job flow and customer satisfactionHelp build and manage staff schedules Step in to resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally Promote pride of ownership with trucks, tools, and inventory Champion a safe and positive work environment Collaborate with leadership and apply ongoing coaching and training What You Bring: 5+ years of HVAC experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management roleProven experience managing teams in a service or sales environment Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and service operations ServiceTitan or similar CRM software experience Self-starter mindset with solid organizational and communication skills Tech-savvy and quick to adopt new platforms or systemsAvailability to work weekends and be based out of the LA area Current and valid California driver's license What We Offer: Competitive salary + performance bonuses Company vehicle, phone, and tablet Paid training and development opportunities Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays and PTOSupportive leadership and a successful team Physical Demands:

The principal duties of this position are performed in a variety of environments, including customer homes, the outdoors, and field environments at development and work sites on uneven and rough terrain. Employees in this role may be required to stand, sit, walk, squat, kneel, crouch or climb throughout the day, occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.#JWHA Pay Range

$70,000—$100,000 USD
