This is a private equity / search fund internship focused on sourcing and evaluating acquisition targets to support our roll-up strategy. You'll work directly with senior leadership on the full deal lifecycle— from market mapping and target identification through outreach, diligence, and deal structuring. You'll own real work that directly shapes how we grow. Strong performers have the opportunity to convert to a full-time role in acquisitions, integrations, or executive operating positions within ourportfolio.What You'll Do

Source and evaluate acquisition targets across fragmented markets aligned with our roll-up thesis Conduct market mapping, competitive analysis, and business performance assessments on potential targets Build and maintain a proprietary deal pipeline, including outreach to business owners Develop financial models and investment memos to support go/no-go decisionsSupport due diligence processes and integration planning for active deals Present findings and recommendations directly to the CEO and executive team Who We're Looking For

Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of an MBA program Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, search funds, consulting, or corporate development preferred Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Comfortable with ambiguity, self-directed, and able to move quickly Genuine interest in entrepreneurship through acquisition (ETA) and operational investingAvailable full-time for an 8–10 week summer internship Why This Role
