The firm centralizes insurance procurement, risk management, and claims coordination across an established portfolio of real estate assets, operating entities, and affiliated investment vehicles.Responsibilities

Place and manage commercial insurance programs for affiliated real estate assets, funds, and operating entities Develop new business relationships with sponsors, co-investors, family offices, and commercial real estate operators Prepare and submit applications, negotiate terms, and bind coverage across all commercial linesBuild and maintain relationships with wholesale intermediaries including Amwins, RT Specialty, and CRC Conduct portfolio-wide coverage reviews to identify gaps and optimization opportunities Manage the full policy lifecycle including new business, renewals, endorsements, audits, and cancellationsCoordinate with back-office service teams on COIs, policy checking, and endorsement processing Oversee claims reporting, documentation, and advocacy Manage lender insurance compliance and evidence of insurance requests Maintain accurate records in the agency management system
