Responsibilities Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone calls and email. Provide clear, timely, and professional solutions. Ensure a positive and satisfactory customer experience.Document interactions and follow up on cases. Employment Conditions Base salary: $2,400,000 COP Connectivity allowance: $100,000 COP Transportation allowance: per Colombian law Schedule: 36 hours per week Operating hours: 8:00 a.m.
