Trustpoint One is pleased to assist a minority and women owned law firm in its search for a Litigator to join the firm's General Liability Team. General Liability Attorney Job Responsibilities:

Perform legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other documents. - Assist in preparing cases for hearings, trials, mediations, and depositions. - Maintains communication with clients. - Discovery Management including handling document reviews, preparing discovery responses, and assisting in interrogatory and deposition processes.- Appear in court for routine motions, hearings, or trials. - Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and risks, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. - Work closely with senior attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to execute strategies and meet client objectives.- Meet assigned billable hour targets through efficient case management and prioritization of tasks. - Attends continuing legal education programs and stays abreast of changes in the law and emerging trends in area of practice.
Qualifications:

At least 3-10 years of experience as a litigation attorney, with a focus on General Liability and Premises Liability cases are preferred. - JD from an accredited law school. - Member, in good standing, of the Nevada state bar. - Strong understanding of state and federal laws and regulations related to general liability and premises liability.- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
