Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and dependable

Assembler

to join our production team. What we

do

need is someone who is

mechanically inclined,

reliable, and takes pride in quality work. Good working with your hands and working with tools.

What You'll Be Doing Assembling Tuuci shade structures (umbrellas, pavilions, and cabanas) following step-by-step instructional diagrams Using hand tools including Allen wrenches, screwdrivers, wrenches, hammers, and power drills Identifying and sorting hardware components such as bolts, screws, anchors, lock nuts, and pinsInstalling fabric components including canopies, curtains, and fabric walls with care Working alongside a partner on two-person assembly tasks for larger structures, claiming on a latter Positioning and securing frame components to dimensional specifications Inspecting finished assemblies for quality and completeness before handoff

What We're Looking For Hand tool proficiency

— comfortable using Allen wrenches, screwdrivers (Phillips&flat), wrenches, hammers, and drills Ability to read diagrams

— can follow labeled component diagrams and multi-step assembly instructions Hardware identification

— able to distinguish between screws, bolts, anchors, nuts, and pins Attention to detail

— careful with components and consistent in following sequences accurately Teamwork

— communicates well and can work cooperatively with a partner Physical ability

— able to lift 45-50lbs, carry, and maneuver structural frame parts; comfortable working on various surfaces Reliability

— shows up on time and takes ownership of their work

Nice to Have (Not Required) Prior experience in manufacturing, furniture assembly, or construction Experience operating power tools or impact drivers Background working with metal or fabric components Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Working Conditions Indoor production facility in Miami, FL Standing throughout the shift; some bending, lifting, and kneeling required Two-person lifts required for larger structural components Must use safety shoes (Company provided) Company Description Tuuci is headquartered in Miami, FL and is the market leader in design, manufacture, and sale of commercial shade equipment, including market umbrellas, cabanas and related accessories.
