Purchasing&Inventory Assistant Location : D&B Tile Distributors– Distribution Center, Hialeah, FL Schedule : Monday–Friday, Full Time Join Our Team! We’re seeking a Purchasing&Inventory Assistant to support centralized purchasing, inventory control, and inbound shipments at our Distribution Center. This role ensures stock accuracy, smooth vendor communication, and efficient purchasing operations. Key Responsibilities: Process and manage purchase orders and inbound shipments in NetSuiteReview vendor confirmations, pricing, and ETAs Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate weekly counts Process daily vendor invoices and freight billing Communicate with vendors and stores about backorders, changes, and shipments Monitor stock usage and reorder materials to maintain healthy inventory levelsAssist with imports, purchases, receiving, and claims Support the warehouse with inventory adjustments and documentation Keep records organized and provide administrative support to the purchasing team What We're Looking For: Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organization and communication skillsExperience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems (preferred) Purchasing, logistics, or inventory experience is a plus Compensation: $20 per hour Benefits Offered: Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance after 60 days Holiday Pay after 30 days Paid Vacation, Sick Time, and a Paid Birthday Day401(k) with eligibility after 60 days Why D&B Tile: Join a trusted leader in the tile industry where teamwork, growth, and efficiency drive everything we do.
