Ideal candidates will have extensive experience taking and defending depositions and will have 1st or 2nd chaired on at least a few trials. The attorney in this position will be handling various types of personal injury litigation. The position is full-time, on-site at the firm’s Miami, Florida office. Qualifications MUST be a good standing member for the Florida Bar MUST have a minimum of 5+ years of litigation experience preferably in the area of personal injury, previous experience with class action litigation is a plus Must have 1st or 2nd chaired on at least 2 or more trialsMust have knowledge and expertise in all phases of litigation from pleadings through trial Must have knowledge and experience taking and defending depositions Must have strong and persuasive oral advocacy as well as excellent writing skills Must be skilled in evaluating cases Must have strong communication skills (verbal and written)Must have the ability to manage a high volume caseload Benefits 401K eligibility Long-term and short-term disability PTO and Holidays Gap insurance Health benefits #promote
