Administrative Assistant A well-established company specializing in custom outdoor shade solutions is seeking a professional and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and a growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced small office environment and can efficiently manage administrative tasks while supporting customer communication, scheduling, and office coordination.Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally Create invoices and estimates using QuickBooks Manage scheduling and appointments through Google Calendar Assist with billing and general office administration Use Excel and Outlook for communication, tracking, and reportingSupport daily operations in a small office environment Communicate with customers regarding appointments, estimates, and project updates Maintain organized digital and physical records Assist management with administrative support and special projects Coordinate internal communication between office staff, sales, and installation teamsHelp ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up with customers Qualifications Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience required Experience with QuickBooks required Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook Strong organizational and multitasking skills Professional communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a busy office setting Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Experience in construction, home improvement, manufacturing, or service industries is a plus Schedule&Compensation Full-time position Monday through Friday Compensation based on experience Company Description A well-established company specializing in custom outdoor shade solutions is seeking a professional and organized Administrative Assistan
