Responsibilities

• Precision Technical Assembly: Perform detailed cleanroom assembly, component deburring, manual cleaning, and packaging of medical devices according to specific work orders and guidelines.

• Equipment Operation & Maintenance: Safely operate and perform routine cleaning or maintenance on production equipment, including specialized machinery like laser marking tools.

• Quality & GDP Compliance: Generate, maintain, and accurately store required quality records, ensuring full compliance with document controls and Good Documentation Practices.

• Inventory & Materials Control: Correctly identify, track, and trace materials as they undergo production changes, and actively participate in isolating contaminated or past-due materials.

• Audit & Calibration Oversight: Utilize properly calibrated equipment, proactively remove out-of-calibration tools from production, and support Quality Management System (QMS) audit initiatives.

The essential functions of this role include:
