is actively seeking a mission-minded Family Practice APP for a full-time (36 patient contact hrs/wk) position.
The ideal candidate is a certified APP with a passion for providing expert clinical care in a family practice setting, caring for patients of all ages.
Using a team-based model, the clinician will assess, plan, and provide patient care, including comprehensive health assessments, medical diagnosis of acute and chronic illnesses, prescriptions, basic office procedures, and treatment planning.

operates a network of rural health medical offices spanning 71 miles of the North Oregon coast in Lincoln City , Pacific City , two in Tillamook- Plaza and Women's and Family Health , Manzanita as well as inland in the towns of Vernonia , Banks , Sheridan , Hoodland and Estacada .

Several of our medical offices are certified as Patient-Centered Primary Care Home Tier V clinics as recognized by the Oregon Health Authority.

is located on the Central Oregon Coast and is considered the "Kite Capital of the World" hosting both a summer and fall kite festival.
Some folks are lucky enough to find one of 3,000 glass floats that are placed along the 7.5 miles of beach each year, claiming a unique piece of beach art for their own.
With a population of under 10,000 residents are able to enjoy a strong peaceful sense of community.
Candidates must be BC/BE, be Oregon licensed or eligible and meet the hospital's medical staff credentialing standards.
This position does not accept visa candidates.
