About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of eCommerce to spearhead the development and execution of its digital commerce strategy. The successful candidate will be tasked with driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and lifetime value across all online channels. This executive will be responsible for leading the end-to-end eCommerce function, including digital merchandising, user experience, performance marketing, analytics, and platform optimization. Key responsibilities for the role include developing and owning the overall eCommerce strategy, leading a high-performing cross-functional team, and partnering with executive leadership to drive digital transformation initiatives. The role also involves owning the P&L for the eCommerce business, optimizing online merchandising, and ensuring a best-in-class customer journey across web and mobile platforms.

Applicants for the Vice President of eCommerce position at the company should have a minimum of 12-15 years' experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or related fields, with a proven track record of scaling online revenue in a high-growth environment. A deep understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and experience in managing eCommerce platforms and digital product teams is essential. The role requires a data-driven mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and experience in retail is preferred.
