based Real Estate firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership and daily office operations.
The ideal candidate will have 57 years of administrative experience.
Fully onsite Monday - Friday
Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Salary: $*****K + bonus
Responsibilities:
Manage daily office organization, including mail distribution, supply ordering, and vendor account oversight.
Maintain digital and hard?
copy filing systems and track storage invoices.
Support basic marketing tasks such as updating website content, newsletters, and mailing lists.
Register visitors, prepare expense reports, and assist with internal administrative processes.
Provide meeting support, including preparing materials and assisting with board?
related documentation.
Manage calendar scheduling, coordinate meetings with external parties, and assist with travel arrangements.
Prepare correspondence, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Requirements:
57 years of administrative experience in a professional office environment.
Bachelors degree preferred.
Strong multitasking abilities and comfort working in a fast?
paced setting.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
