1st Shift— Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM until finish (flexibility required) Job Summary Wicked Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a detail oriented Shipping Coordinator to support a growing food production company in Chelsea, MA. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, timely shipment of products while maintaining a safe and efficient shipping environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in shipping operations, forklift operation, and ERP systems.Responsibilities Prepare, verify, and process outgoing shipments accurately Load and unload trucks using a forklift and other material-handling equipment Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and staging of shipments Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to meet shipping deadlines Enter and maintain shipping data using NetSuiteInspect shipments for accuracy, damage, and compliance with company standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping area Follow all safety regulations and company procedures Qualifications Prior experience as a Shipping Coordinator or in a similar shipping/warehouse role Forklift experience required (certification preferred)Experience loading trucks in a production or warehouse environment Familiarity with NetSuite or comparable ERP systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work early morning shifts and remain flexible as needed Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shiftCompany Description Wicked Staffing Solutions is a proud New England based Staffing and Recruiting firm that services Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
