You'd be joining a small, close-knit team where ownership is real, customer impact is immediate, and the work you ship matters from day one. If you want to look back in five years and know you worked on something that changed how trust works across major financial institutions, let's chat!What You'll Do Own the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualification, discovery, demos, pilots, negotiation, and close Build and manage a healthy pipeline across SMB, mid-market, and or enterprise accounts Execute outbound prospecting sequences to generate new opportunities Lead discovery conversations to deeply understand customer pain points and align Baselayer's solutionsRun high-quality product demos and manage customer trials or pilots Partner closely with Product and Engineering to share customer feedback and influence roadmap decisions Collaborate with GTM leadership to refine positioning, messaging, and sales motions Represent Baselayer with professionalism, credibility, and thought leadership in the marketMinimum Requirements 2 to 4 or more years of experience in SaaS sales, fintech, financial services, or a highly analytical GTM role A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets Experience running complex, consultative sales cycles with technical or analytical buyers Strong discovery, storytelling, and objection-handling skillsComfort operating in ambiguity and rapidly evolving environments A proactive, self-directed mindset where you create momentum rather than wait for direction What Sets You Apart High intellectual curiosity and fast learning ability Strong desire for feedback, growth, and continuous improvement Ambition for equity, leadership, and meaningful ownership in the company you are helping buildAbility to operate with urgency, accountability, and high standards You are hungry, competitive, and motivated to win. Work Location Based in NY; Hybrid - 4 days a week in office. Compensation Salary Range: $95,000
