divh2Executive Assistant To Chief Growth Officer/h2pNew York, New York, United States/ph3About The Job Executive Assistant To Chief Growth Officer/h3ullistrongRole:/strong Executive Assistant To Chief Growth Office/lilistrongLocation:/strong New York City/lilistrongWork:/strong Hybrid (4 days/week from NY City office)/lilistrongAnnual Bonus:/strong 10%/li/ulpstrongResponsibilities:/strong/pulliManage, own and execute on a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Chief Growth Officers Office, including managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; and composing and preparing correspondence./liliHeavy Board support, including managing communications with Board members; the Board calendar, Board travel/expenses and Board decks./liliWork with the Chief Growth Officer to finalize Board decks for meetings; upload decks to the BoardVantage system and distribute to management team, as applicable./liliCommunicates directly, and on behalf of the Chief Growth Officer, with internal clients, Legal team members, and others, on matters related to Legal initiatives./liliResearches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response./liliAssist with the processing of securities trade approvals for restricted persons./liliWorks closely and effectively with stakeholders to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately./liliPrioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures./liliAssists with production of presentations including PowerPoint and Excel formats by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics./liliAssist with contract execution process as needed./li/ulpstrongQualifications:/strong/pulli10+ years of experience supporting SVP, C-Level Executives, senior leaders./liliStrong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail./liliExpert level written and verbal communication skills./liliStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, and external partners./liliProven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of service and response./liliDemonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability./liliHighly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be effective independently./liliProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, Oracle, ERP systems, BoardVantage and Concur./li/ul/div
