Western Pest Services is a premier provider of pest control solutions. Established in 1928, we have a legacy of excellence and the stability of an industry leader. We are currently seeking a highly motivated&self-driven Account Executive. This position would be based out of the New York City, NY&Brooklyn, NY areas! You will work to grow our commercial business footprint. With Western, you'll be empowered to work autonomously, solve real problems and be a true superstar in your community. You will join a team of industry experts that will assist you in generating new business while selling broad range pest control and management services, in support of our clients' business objectives.Western Offers Base Salary (forget about those commission only sales roles) Uncapped Commissions! Smartphone, laptop/tablet, etc.Opportunities for Growth, Development, and Advancement Awards and recognition Responsibilities The main responsibilities of an Account Executive revolve around the ability to network, build relationships with clients, and persuade clients to use our services. Our Account Executives: Identify and establish contact with potential customersSchedule and perform product demonstrations with potential customers Become a subject matter expert on our business services Build and maintain active pipeline; measure KPIs; use Western's proven sales strategy to meet ambitious recurring revenue targets Exceed all assigned sales revenue goals QualificationsWhat We're Looking For: Someone who is innovative and thinks creatively Persuasive personality Self-starter, goal driven and have a high sense of urgency Have a "yes" approach to customer service. Exceptional guest service is what separates Western from other pest control companies. You must provide a high level of service to all existing, future, and past clientsWork collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment Someone who wants to be connected to their community. To help give back and help their community Previous Account Executive/sales experience strongly preferred Requirements: High School Diploma or G.E.D required. Bachelor's Degree strongly preferredValid driver's license required Must be 18 years of age REDEFINE YOUR CAREER! Recent college graduate? Sales Professional that is looking for something different?
