Infrastructure Operations Consultant, Hoboken

We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Operations Support Engineer with strong experience supporting T24/Core Banking platforms in enterprise banking environments.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Windows Server administration, production support, incident management, and operational process execution within high-availability systems.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience supporting T24 or Core Banking platform infrastructure operations
5+ years of hands-on experience in Windows Server environments
5+ years of experience in system operations, production support, and system testing
Strong experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
Experience designing and managing operational and batch operation flows
Solid understanding of operational support processes and methodologies
Experience working in banking or financial services environments
Familiarity with enterprise monitoring and job scheduling tools
