Business Office Manager Assistant
Join our team at Highland Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as a Business Office Manager Assistant.
MUST HAVE MEDICAID EXPERIENCE.

Part-Time Position - Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8 am - 4 pm.
Same Day Pay!
$25K-50K/year.
Qualifications for Business Office Manager Assistant:
Skilled Nursing Experience Required!
Two years of bookkeeping experience within a healthcare setting, including managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll functions.
Software proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public.
Must have knowledge of billing and collection practices/techniques.
Superior organization skills and attention to detail.
Proven ability to multitask.
Prior experience in a health care setting - Long-term Care/Rehab preferred.
Ability to build strong relationships.
