Maintenance&Cleaning Associate Fairways Riviera North Association, Inc. 400 Diplomat Parkway, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009 Fairways Riviera North Association, Inc. is seeking a dependable Maintenance&Cleaning Associate to assist with daily cleaning, upkeep, and basic maintenance of the condominium property. Responsibilities Include:• Cleaning common areas and exterior walkways • Trash removal and upkeep of dumpster areas • Basic maintenance, repairs, painting, and pressure cleaning• Assisting with deliveries, vendors, and contractors • Reporting maintenance or safety issues to management Requirements: • Maintenance or janitorial experience preferred • Ability to lift and move moderate/heavy items • Reliable transportation • Authorization to work in the U.S.• Background check may be required Schedule:

Full-Time or Part-Time Available Weekends/holidays as needed Compensation:
