Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage all on-site construction activities for interior build-outs from mobilization through turnover Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections to maintain project schedule and workflow Maintain high standards for quality control, ensuring work aligns with drawings and specifications Lead daily site operations including scheduling, sequencing, and logistics in active/occupied environmentsEnforce jobsite safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized site Conduct regular jobsite meetings with subcontractors and project teams Collaborate closely with Project Managers on schedule updates, RFIs, change orders, and project reporting Identify and proactively resolve field issues to avoid delays or cost overrunsEnsure timely completion of punch lists, inspections, and final closeout MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
7-8+ years of construction experience , with a focus on commercial interiors Proven experience working with a
smaller general contractor , demonstrating full project ownership in the field Strong background in
restaurant, office, and/or medical build-outs Ability to manage multiple trades and fast-paced interior schedules Strong understanding of construction drawings, finishes, and sequencing for interior scopes Hands-on leadership style with strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to operate independently with minimal oversightWhat's on Offer
