We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pasta Station Cook to join our kitchen team and help deliver consistent, high-quality dishes to our guests.Position Summary The Pasta Station Cook is responsible for preparing, cooking, and plating all pasta dishes according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards. This role is essential to maintaining efficiency, quality, and organization during service. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook pasta dishes following established recipes and presentation standards.

Execute proper pasta cooking techniques to ensure pasta is cooked al dente and finished correctly with sauces.

Maintain full mise en place at the pasta station including sauces, fresh pasta, garnishes, and ingredients.

Work closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.

Monitor food quality, portion control, and consistency.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the workstation in accordance with health and safety regulations.

Assist with prep work, stock rotation, and inventory as needed.

Follow all kitchen safety and food handling procedures.

Qualifications Previous experience as a line cook or pasta cook in a restaurant kitchen preferred.

Knowledge of Italian cuisine and pasta preparation techniques is a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods during shifts.

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Comfortable working in a busy kitchen environment.
